This coordinator will help manage merchandise samples, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate cross-functional communications, and support scheduling and operations for the Innovation Lab. This is a hands-on coordination and execution role, rather than a merchandising or strategy ownership position.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate merchandise sample procurement, incoming orders, inventory tracking, and delivery to marketing partners.

* Partner with merchants and cross-functional teams to gather product information and communicate merchandise priorities and product-launch updates.

* Support sample needs for photography, influencer programs, unboxings, media events, and social content in partnership with Public Relations, Site Marketing, Synergy, and other stakeholders.

* Assist with product showcases, sample organization, and event-room setup.

* Create and assemble PowerPoint presentations, decks, reports, and recaps.

* Monitor merchandise visibility on Instagram and TikTok and incorporate findings into social-media recap reporting.

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate use of the Innovation Lab.

* Support Innovation Lab presentations and maintain organization around meetings and activities.

* Follow established processes, maintain accurate information, and identify opportunities for process improvement as familiarity with the work develops.

Required Skills and Experience

* Professional experience supporting coordination, communications, scheduling, or related work in a corporate environment, with the ability to manage assigned tasks independently.

* Strong PowerPoint skills, including experience creating clear, organized presentations and assembling decks.

* Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general Microsoft Office tools; comfort using Microsoft Teams and calendar tools.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* A proactive approach, strong follow-through, and the ability to learn quickly, take direction, and adapt to different working styles.

* Business and marketing awareness developed through marketing, merchandising, business, strategy, product management, communications, or related experience. Direct marketing experience is helpful but not mandatory.

* Comfort navigating Instagram and TikTok to locate merchandise-related content and support reporting.

* Interest in merchandise and in the coordination-focused scope of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

* Undergraduate degree required; an advanced degree is an additional plus, not a requirement.

* Experience in marketing integration, merchandise or sample coordination, product support, or related cross-functional work.

* Familiarity with our client and its business; previous client employment is not required.

* Exposure to Business Insights, PLM, Miro, or Keynote. Training can be provided on team-specific systems; prior proficiency in every internal tool is not expected.

* A portfolio or presentation samples demonstrating deck-building skills are welcome but optional.
